Providing additional office space

Additional Office SpaceYearsleys is a specialist cold storage Logistics Company based in the North West of England, Coral Mezzanine Ltd worked alongside a local construction company as a specialist contractor.

Yearsleys required additional office space in line with their strategy of expansion, but the constraints of the building meant that Coral Mezzanine installed a mezzanine floor on the 3rd floor of the original building.

 

Coral Mezzanine worked closely with the client and an independent structural engineer to achieve an attractive but structurally sound mezzanine floor design, giving large clear spaces under the mezzanine, with a minimum number of support posts, within the constraints of the existing structure.
