Bespoke two story office block

Vijay Fashions is a well established clothing wholesaler based in the North of Manchester.

 

Iinitially Coral Mezzanine designed, manufactured and installed a bespoke mezzanine floor to create further storage capacity within the warehouse. The installation was completed in a time frame of 3 weeks increasing the storage capacity by 1,195m2 (12,840 ft2).

Extended Office SpaceThe mezzanine installation was undertaken in defined stages, which allowed Vijay Fashions to re organise their stock.

 

After the installation of the storage mezzanine, in response to Vijay Fashions expanding, Coral Mezzanine completed a project to extend the existing office space by 360m2 (3875ft2).

This was achieved by designing and installing a two story office block built under and upon a mezzanine floor, again designed, manufactured and installed by Coral Mezzanine Ltd.

 

This project was a complete turnkey project, consisting of mezzanine floor, fire protection, suspended ceilings, office partitioning, heating, lighting, decoration and flooring, and was managed in its entirety by Coral Mezzanine Ltd.
