How can I be sure that I am giving you the correct information for an accurate quote?
We can provide a budget price within a few hours from some basic dimensions, and will arrange to come to site to undertake a full site survey and provide you with an accurate price based upon this.
How important is the information I provide is accurate?
We only require some basic information in order to provide you with a budget price, after that we will arrange for a project manager to meet you on site and undertake a full site survey
What about Building Regulations, who ensures that the mezzanine design, manufacture and installation is fully compliant?
We can undertake a full Building Control application on your behalf.
What about planning permission, is this needed for a mezzanine floor?
Unless prohibited by a condition attached to a previous consent the answer is no as long as the changes are internal. The government has, however, been trying to control the expansion of retail floor space in out-of-town developments and has brought in legislation requiring planning permission for floors above 200m2. It is allowed to add multiple floor levels each below the limit, depending on the height restrictions of the building.
Once the order is placed, how quickly will things get moving?
After the initial enquiry we will arrange for one of our highly skilled project manager’s to come about and conduct an extensive site survey within a week, and because we manufacture all our mezzanine floors in house, we can offer competitive lead times. We aim to be starting the mezzanine installation within 2-3 weeks of receiving the initial order.
